Your privacy
You can answer the Clarity Check without giving any personal information. To see your results, we ask for your first name and email address.
Your answers
Your answers and written reflections stay in this browser tab while you take the check. Your written reflections are never sent to us. Closing the tab removes them.
When you open your results
Before your results open, we collect your first name, email address and your results (your Clarity, Execute and Impact scores and stages, your pattern, and any optional readiness answers). We keep them in our own records and in the system we use to follow up with you (GoHighLevel), so we can send your full results. Only if you tick the box do we also send you occasional emails from Richard Jack III, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Measuring our ads
We use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure how our ads perform, for example whether someone who saw an ad went on to start the check or reach their results. These tools share that activity, along with technical details such as your browser and IP address, with Meta and LinkedIn. They are not switched on for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.
Your results are not a diagnosis
Scores are a reflection tool, not a diagnosis, test, or medical advice.
